Commitment to employees

The employees are the centrepiece of TX Group. Aware that the well-being of each individual has an impact on sustainable performance, TX Group promotes an appreciative, respectful and equality-oriented corporate and working culture. Regular surveys are conducted to identify potential for improvement in order to boost satisfaction, motivation and cohesion.
